Can PrivateMed handle emergency situations?
Yes, we provide 24/7 support for emergencies even having a Board-Certified Emergency Physician on staff. Our team can offer immediate telehealth consultations and coordinate urgent care or hospital services as needed, leveraging our partnership with Ashford Hospital and other hospitals.

Yes, you can change your patients care package . We recommend an annual review of your healthcare needs with our team to ensure you’re on the most suitable plan.
Are there any additional costs beyond the patients care package fee?
Your patients care package covers all services specified in your plan. Some advanced diagnostics, specialist visits, or additional services may incur extra costs, which we always discuss with you in advance.
Can I include family patients in my patients care package?
We offer options for family coverage. Depending on your patients care package , certain services may be extended to immediate family patients. We can customize a plan to suit your family’s needs.
